VI Derm Skincare
I’m never going back to Obagi! I love this skincare line. I used Obagi for years and it works but some of the product always expires because I just can’t keep up the routine. I’d get tired of mixing and blending and tired of all of the steps. The routine was just too complicated.
VI Derm has been a game changer for me. It’s simple, effective medical grade skincare and my sensitive, acne prone skin loves it. I haven’t had a breakout since I started using the starter kit. I was starting to think that my adult acne was just something I had to live with.
Here are my favorite products. I love how the gentle cleanser smells and the Vitamin C serum is incredible. It feels like silk on my skin. But my absolute favorite product is their sunscreen. The Daily SPF 50 sunscreen is incredible. Even though it has zinc in it, it goes on smoothly and disappears on my skin. I think of it like applying a little moisturizer instead of sunscreen. I love it. Even better, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and no breakouts!! I’ve even tried their new pure mineral sunscreen and it applies smoothly and doesn’t make me look like a ghost.

Dysport Neurotoxin Injection
I’ve been getting botox for years. My outcome has never been so symmetric. Dr. Wolske did a phenomenal brow lift. It’s hard to get the eyebrows completely even and she nailed it! She listened to my concerns and was very thorough. Dr. Wolske really studied my facial muscle movement and planned a treatment specifically designed for my face and what I wanted. She also made sure to follow up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my results. Dr. Wolske also has a very light and gentle touch. There was minimal discomfort. I’ll be back!
VI Peel Medium Depth Facial Peel
I was nervous about getting a medical grade peel but my first VI Peel has made me a believer. The peel application was painless and I got a controlled peel with immediate, visible results. My skin was tighter and pore size decreased. It helped break up hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and forehead where I get hormonal melasma. The peel kit that Dr. Wolske provided was easy to use and included great skincare products that made me fall in love with the VI Derm line.
I decided to purchase a series of 3 peels in order to get the best results. Since I am a regular botox user, Dr. Wolske recommended that I get my next injection after my peel while I’m still numb.
Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy)
I’ll definitely be doing a full 3 sessions of microneedling. I was only red the first day. It looked like I had a sunburn. Then I noticed mild peeling and redness over the next few days. But by about 10-14 days, my skin was smooth and beautiful. I’m already noticing an improvement in my skin’s texture and a reduction in fine lines.
The microneedling has really helped bring the radiance back to my skin. My next goal is to get rid of my hyperpigmentation. Dr. Wolske told me that if I use good quality medical grade skincare and use my sunscreen faithfully, my dark spots will improve significantly over time. I’m going to speed up the process with a chemical peel!
